This module enhances the standard knowledge base by enabling seamless image pasting, improving article organisation, and introducing a structured way to manage content. With the addition of Spaces, you can group related articles under a common category, making information more accessible. Customisable space cards allow further personalisation, creating a well-structured and user-friendly knowledge hub.

NEW FEATURES

Spaces Are Now Available for Public Users

Knowledge Base spaces are now accessible to public users directly from the Perfex public page. Any Knowledge Base article that is not marked as an “Internal Article” will be visible to public users under the relevant space. This feature is particularly useful for sharing knowledge articles with your customers.

Include Articles in Multiple Spaces

You can now assign a Knowledge Base article to multiple spaces. This helps you organise your knowledge articles more effectively and improves accessibility for users.

• Spaces for Articles: Organise multiple articles under a single parent category (Space) for improved content management.
• Enhanced Article View Page: The Article View Page now displays the space name the article belongs to, providing better context and organisation. Additionally, users can easily navigate back to the All Spaces Page with a dedicated link, ensuring seamless movement between articles and spaces.
• Dedicated Spaces Page: The Spaces page allows you to manage and customise spaces.
• Customisable Space Cards: Personalise space cards with any background and text colour using hex colour codes.
• Ongoing Feature Enhancements: More functionality will be introduced to improve knowledge organisation and usability.
