Code Forest provides digital and service-based offerings, including but not limited to:
CodeForest / CodeCanyon script installation
Script customization & development
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
Technical support & consulting
SaaS / CRM / ERP / website & mobile app services
Due to the nature of these digital services:
No refunds will be provided once an order has been placed, regardless of usage or service stage.
Orders cannot be cancelled after placement
Once payment is completed, the order is immediately considered confirmed
AMC, support plans, and development services cannot be cancelled mid-term
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after placing the order
Delay due to client’s non-responsiveness
Compatibility or hosting issues not disclosed beforehand
Third-party server, hosting, plugin, or API issues
Partial or complete delivery of service
Refunds may be considered only if:
A duplicate payment was made accidentally
Payment was deducted but the order was not created
Such cases will be reviewed internally and approved at the sole discretion of Code Forest.
Customers must contact us before raising a chargeback
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
We reserve the right to submit this policy as proof to payment gateways
